Welcome on the site of the ICP
The Faculty of Philosophy was created in 1895 and provides full general training in Philosophy (Degree, Masters and PhD), as well as a professional masters in intercultural mediation. It also prepares students for research, particularly in the Philosophy of Religion, Metaphysics, Phenomenology and Hermeneutics, History of Patristic and Medieval Philosophy, Anthropology, and Practical Philosophy.
The Faculty prepares students to obtain state diplomas (through an agreement with the University of Poitiers at Degree, Masters, and Ph.D level), canonical diplomas and its own diplomas. It also offers preparatory courses for entry into the third year of a degree or first year of a masters course and History of Philosophy programmes (open to the general public).
